PRIVACY POLICY

NeuralSprint ("we", "our", "the app") is a brain-training game. This policy
explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.DATA WE COLLECT
• Username: A name you choose during onboarding. Stored locally on your
device and in our leaderboard database.
• Country / Region: Detected automatically from your device locale. Used
to display a country flag on the leaderboard.
• Device ID: A random UUID generated on first launch and stored locally.
Used to link your scores to your device without identifying you personally.
• Game completion times: When you finish a game round, your best time is
submitted to the leaderboard. This includes the game ID, tier level,
finish time, username, country code, and device ID.WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise
location, payment information, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive
personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your data to any
third parties.HOW DATA IS USED
Leaderboard data is used solely to power the Ghost Racing feature — you
race against anonymised finish times from other players. Your username
and country flag are visible on the global leaderboard within the app.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
• Supabase: Our backend database provider. Game scores and usernames are
stored on Supabase servers. Privacy Policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
• Google Play: If you purchase coin packs on Android, payment is processed
by Google. We receive only a confirmation and never see your payment details.
• Apple App Store: If you purchase coin packs on iOS, payment is processed
by Apple. We receive only a confirmation and never see your payment details.DATA RETENTION
Leaderboard entries are stored indefinitely to support the ghost-racing
feature. You can delete all your data at any time from the Profile tab
using the "Delete My Data" button.DELETING YOUR DATA
Go to the Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete My Data".
This will permanently remove your scores from our leaderboard database
and clear all locally stored data from your device.DATA SECURITY
We transmit all data over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Leaderboard data
is stored on Supabase's secured infrastructure. While we take reasonable
measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure.INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
NeuralSprint is operated from outside the United States, but our database
provider Supabase stores data on servers located in the United States.
By using the app, you consent to your data being transferred to and
processed in the United States.LEGAL DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your data to third parties only when required by law,
to protect rights, or in the event of a merger or acquisition.YOUR RIGHTS (EU / GDPR)
If you reside in the EU, you have rights to access, correct, restrict, or
object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability.

collect personal data from children.CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated"
date above.DATA DELETION
To delete your data from NeuralSprint:1. Open the NeuralSprint app
2. Tap the Profile tab
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Tap "Delete My Data"This will permanently remove:
• Your scores from our leaderboard
• Your username and country code
• All locally stored data (PBs, coins, settings)If you've already uninstalled the app and cannot access the
Delete button, email [email protected] with your device
ID (if you have it) or the username you used, and we'll
remove your data manually.Retention: We do not retain any data after deletion.CONTACT
